As the Strategic Recruitment Lead you will be charged with the responsibility to develop, nurture and grow relationship and partnerships with our talent pipelines (school boards, post-secondary academic institutions, local workforce groups, training centers etc.) You will also work with the management team to establish recruitment plans, and lead the full recruitment cycle, from interviewing to onboarding. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow key relationships with talent pipeline partners to market Windsor Mold Group as an employer of choice, and source high potential talent to the organization
  • Partner with management and leadership to develop and execute against a recruitment strategy
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job descriptions, recruitment process and onboarding processes)
  • Develop and implement new, creative, and innovative recruitment strategies
  • Lead and execute full recruitment cycle
  • Develop relationships and leverage external recruitment agencies as required
  • Recommend ways to improve employer brand
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Build Windsor Mold Group’s company professional network
  • Other duties as appropriately assigned

Education/Qualifications
  • Business degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, manufacturing recruitment considered an asset
  • Experience in using and leveraging an applicant tracking system or other human resources information system
  • Familiarity with using social media as a recruitment tool
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in supporting multiple locations is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and foster relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
